Terms & Conditions

The services that the Time Party provides to you are subject to the following terms.

The Time Party reserves the right to update the terms without notice.

Members

The Time Party will hold a record of your name and postal address and any email address(es) you register with us for the purpose of general communication. This information will be used solely for party purposes, and will not be shared with any external organisations without your specific consent.

Donations

Donations to political parties, including sponsorship, are regulated by the Political Parties Elections and Referendums Act 2000 (PPERA). Donations of over £500 are only accepted if they are from permissible donors. These are: individuals on a UK electoral register, UK Trade Unions, Companies registered and trading in the UK, Limited Liability Partnerships, UK Unincorporated Associations and UK building or Friendly Societies.

Donations of more than £7,500 from the same donor to the Time Party in any calendar year are required to be reported to the Electoral Commission. This applies to single donations of more than £7,500 or cumulative smaller donations which exceed £7,500 in a single calendar year. The threshold for public disclosure of donations to local parties (including England, Scotland & Wales) is £1,500. Donations to political parties are not tax-deductible. The Time Party reserves the right not to accept a donation. The name and address of the donor and the amount of the donation will be published on the Electoral Commission website. The addresses of individual donors are not published.

Email Subscription

The Time Party will record your name, postal address and email address. This information will be stored on our server in order to maintain your subscription and send you updates. It will not be shared with any external organisations. It will be held for as long as you wish to maintain your subscription.

Anyone can opt-out of email communications by clicking the unsubscribe links in our emails.

Cookies

Cookies are small files saved to the user’s computers hard drive that track, save and store information about the user’s interactions and usage of the website. This allows the website, through its server to provide the users with a tailored experience within this website.

This website uses cookies to better the user’s experience while visiting the website. Where applicable, this website uses a cookie control system allowing the user on their first visit to the website to allow or disallow the use of cookies on their computer/device. This complies with recent legislation requirements for websites to obtain explicit consent from users before leaving behind or reading files such as cookies on a user’s computer/device.

The Time Party is not the copyright owner of everything that is posted on our website. Therefore, you must first determine whether or not the Time Party is identified as the copyright owner. If another organisation is identified as the copyright owner, please contact them directly for permission to use their documentation. If there is no copyright attribution, or if the Time Party is identified as the copyright owner, please email webmaster@timeparty.uk for approval of use.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

As a condition of your use of the services, you will not use the services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Time Party server, or the network(s) connected to any Time Party server, or interfere with the enjoyment of any services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any Time Party server or to any of the services, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the services provided.

Data Access

The Time Party respects an individual’s right to privacy and is committed to ensuring that people are treated fairly, in everything we do. By providing us with your contact details (e.g. email address, telephone number, etc.), you agree to receive information from us about our policies and campaigns, unless you choose to opt-out.

You can unsubscribe from these messages at any time by following the instructions contained in those messages. You can also request a copy of the data we hold about you at any time, by placing a “data access request”. This request must be made in writing to Time Party, P.O. Box 5464, Brighton, BN50 8LX and will include a small administration fee.
