The Time Party The creation of regional “LANDS” is a keynote proposal of the Time Party. Lands will exist for every part of the UK. Lands will have with increased local accountability.

Comprising: the present metropolitan county of the West Midlands, excluding Coventry which the Time Party proposes should return to Warwickshire and thus be part of Mercia.
